DIRECTIONS --
From flag pole on Rt 25, turn on to
·
PARKING – Guy Peterson will be at the Holcombe Wildlife Preserve and will direct
parking. There is a driveway leading up
the hill to the NFA office from the main parking area. We will park on the grass off this driveway.

TRAIL – The trail will cover the Holcombe Wildlife Preserve
and the Holcombe Memorial Trail (approx. 2 hours to hike given some
breaks). This trail is not stroller
accessible and is considered challenging for children under the age of 5. If you plan on bringing younger siblings,
please make arrangements for another adult to watch over them. All scouts must be accompanied by a parent.

SNACKS AND
DRINKS – Bring your own snacks
and drinks. Bring a bag for your garbage
– what you take in, you need to bring out.

UNIFORM – Scout uniform should be worn. Wear comfortable shoes.
·
FACILITIES – There are no portable toilets on the trail.
·
TRAIL MAPS – Will be distributed at the hike.
·
RAINDATE – Check your e-mail on 11/18 and 11/19 if weather is questionable.
