Fund Raising Schedule
1) Ladies Night Out, May 7th, 4:30 pm to 8 pm, St. Rose Church Hall. Gina is running this- thanks Gina! 18 terrific vendors will be there, all will give us a portion of the proceeds, and have donated raffle items. Please come and shop and volunteer to help on this evening.
2) Art contest. $2/ entry. Winning entry will be displayed at our campsite at the Relay.
3) Raffle baskets. Raffle to be held at Ladies Night, Bake sale, and Pack Meeting. We'd like to ask each den to make one basket- if possible.
4) Birthday Party for Gina's son. May 28th. Donation in lieu of gift. This is a GREAT time with a moonbounce, crafts, food, etc. Please come and support this.
5) Face painting and temporary body tattoo's offered at the Relay at our campsite. Jennifer has volunteered to do this.
6) Parents Night Off: Movie and pizza at the Church Hall for children while their parents have the night off. This will likely occur on a Friday or Saturday evening at the Church Hall.
7) Church Bake Sale. This worked out very well last year. We
need baked goods
donations from the Pack.
8) Bake sale at Jennifer's Day Care. Thanks Jennifer!!
9) Sale of some light-up toys at our camp-site.
10) Denim Day. Gina is running a day at her office where employees can wear jeans to work for $5. All proceeds go to the Relay. Thanks again, Gina!! This is a great idea, try it in your office!
